Grazie Nicola per aver speso il tuo tempo nel valutare il tuo soggiorno, ci piacerebbe però, comprendere quali siano le motivazioni di tale valutazione al fine di migliorare il ns operato. :)

Il personale molto gentile, ma la struttura ha bisogno di un intervento di ammodernamento.
Sicuramente buona la posizione con spiaggia adiacente all'albergo

Beautiful hotel

**Terrible Experience Due to Noise**

I recently stayed in Room 104 at your hotel and had a truly awful experience. Just outside this room is a massive air-conditioning generator that produces a constant, high level of noise. As someone who has difficulty sleeping, this was a serious issue for me.
When I booked my stay, I specifically requested a quiet place to rest, yet I was given one of the noisiest rooms possible. The relentless noise made it impossible to sleep, and my stay was ruined as a result.
While the staff was very kind, the place has a lovely view, and the breakfast was decent, these positives did not make up for the severe noise disturbance.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of consideration for my initial request. A hotel should provide a comfortable and restful environment for its guests, but my experience was the opposite. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you value your sleep and expect basic customer service.
