This cosy cottage is located in a wonderful rural village of edinbane 15 minutes drive from portree, 10 minutes from dunvegan ,isle of skye.

Edinbane is a beautiful village which offers two restaurants for dining or just enjoying a nice drink, Edinbane lodge is situated across from the cottage and the inn is just a 2 min walk away.
Across loch greshornish is the lovely greshornish house hotel which offer evening meals and afternoon teas.

The edinbane pottery is also really worth a visit and everything is produced on site.
There are some lovely walks around the shore, forestry and right on the door step a lovely river for a stroll.

A visit to Dunvegan is just a 10 min drive away from there you can see the castle, coral beach,Macleods tables.

The lovely living areas and excellent location make it the perfect choice for a family get away or get together with friends. This beautifully refurbished cottage retains traditional character but also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home.

Charming Cottage
Loved our stay at this charming cottage! The blend of old-world character with modern comforts was perfect, making it both cozy and stylish. The space was immaculate, and the thoughtful renovations retained its historic charm while adding all the conveniences we needed. From the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds, every detail was carefully considered. The host was wonderful—welcoming, helpful, and always available for local tips or anything we needed. The location was ideal, offering peace and quiet but close enough to easily explore the area. Highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable escape with a touch of history and a host who genuinely cares. We would definitely come back!

No. 4 old post row is a warm and very comfortable cottage, it has everything you need and host Liz, is lovely and very helpful. One suggestion was to eat at the local Edinbane Inn, which was fabulous!

Charming cottage - perfect spot
Fell in love with this cottage as soon as we arrived, spent 3 glorious days and didn’t want to leave. A Hidden Gem!
Our stay here has been the highlight of our Scotland trip so far. Its location is perfect for exploring Skye and the village pub (with excellent food) was just a short walk down the road. Liz, our host, provides almost anything you need, and she’s just across the road if you need anything else. The house is decorated very tastefully, and the beds, pillows, etc. were very nice. In short, we didn’t want to leave! We highly recommend this beautiful property!
