The property was dirty run down and smelled terrible.

Our room smelled like body odor and there was barely any parking in the parking lot. I was generally uncomfortable in the hotel.

It was worse than terrible and the service worse than that. Front desk phone number has been disconnected and entire experience was the worst I’ve ever had.

We stayed one night at this property while checking out Portsmouth. The location is right off the highway next to a diner. The peppery is pretty old and very dated. The staff was very helpful and nice and the room was clean but old and musty. The bathroom ceiling look liked it had a leak at some point and it was not repaired. The location itself is only 7 minutes drive from downtown which was great. But overall overpriced for the dated property.

The restaurant/Diner attached to the hotel was very good. The location is also very good, easy on off of major Interstate. The staff was nice, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.
