Really really satisfied of the room : nicely decorated, clean, just perfect. I recommend Founder’s Brook motel and suites!

Very noisy all night, sounded like people were bowling in the rooms on the left & the right. Pay more & stay at a nicer place

Overall the motel has everything you might want for a comfortable stay. From the must haves, cleanliness, amenities, and parking, to the nice to haves, decor, extras in bathroom. The one thing that made me lower my rating from 5 to 4 was the air freshener scent in my room and bathroom. It was so strong that all my clothes were saturated with it. I could still smell it when I went out to dinner as if I had applied it like perfume. I looked around my room to see if it was a plug in but I couldn't find a source. Surely such an overpowering scent is not necessary.

The suite was spacious and clean… newly renovated. The property was really nice and a renovated throwback to an earlier decade. Cool little spot. Would stay again.

The room was very clean. There were tiles missing in the bathroom wall however, and no towel holder Easy fixes and probably on the list of repairs
