Clean, cute, updated... but TINY... great place to land for a night but maybe not much longer - Hampton Beach in general is just wonderful! Go visit and stay here when you do!

The room they gave us was extremely small. To fit a double bed in the room they had to put it up against the wall. There was no shade on the bathroom window, so I had to put a towel for privacy. I felt unsafe being on the ground floor with not proper locks and it was very loud. It was on the main road. It was not what I ever expected. The lady we spoke to said we could get an early check-in. The other lady said we do not do that so they did not give us an early check-in. I’m really glad they did not. I would’ve been upset most of the day. It is great for walking distance to the The beach, shops, bars, and restaurants. That’s about the only good thing I can say. I will never say there or recommend this place to anybody. I was extremely disappointed.

We stayed in an upstairs room that was had not been renovated yet. Will definitely get a renovated room with kitchenette next time. That being said, great location! 5 minute walk to beach and boardwalk. Boardwalk was nice, plenty of restaurants and shops. There were no issues on the beach or boardwalk that we observed so it seems really safe and kid friendly. The parking lot exit is directly across from the road that takes you to the main entrance to the beach. This hotel is in a prime location and they keep the pool area spotless (not heated). Our room was musty because of the old carpets. Renovated rooms have vinyl flooring and new bedding. I believe only the downstairs rooms have been renovated. The air conditioner was a bit loud when it kicked on but it worked and that’s all we cared about. All in all, great time and nice place to stay.

Overnight stay at Hampton Beach. Room served its purpose. Small but comfortable. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom could use some updating but was fine. Front desk staff was attentive at check in and check out. Coffee and tea available 24/7 in the front office. Poor area was nice and pool was clean. Weather wasn’t the greatest so didn’t use the pool.

The place was perfect 5 minute walk to the beach room was clean bed was comfy and staff were very nice and helpful . We will definitely be booking there again when we go back to Hampton Beach

The air conditioning unit was covered in mold on the outside and rotting. I believe it contributed to both my boyfriend and I to become ill with terrible head colds. Put a damper on our vacation on the last two days. Needs to be replaced. Everything else was fine the bed was very comfortable.

I paid for a second floor room I got a first floor room right on the street the inside of the room was nice but no real curtains so the sun came right in in the morning woke me up at 5:00 a.m. and Loud because of the street I would have really liked my second floor room that I paid for

No daily cleaning of room. No microwave in room. No fan I bathroom. Very antiquated needs to be updated. Rates are way too high for what’s it is lacking.
