Beautiful1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo located one block from the beach. This unit has new furnishings, has an elevator on the first floor, and all the amenities you need for a great week at Hampton Beach- It has an open concept kitchen and a living area that opens up to an over-sized deck. Spacious living area features a 55”TV, with granite counter tops, brand new appliances, and lovely dining area. The unit will sleep 2-4 adults comfortably with one large bedroom with a queen sized bed, large closet area, and a 32" tv. It also has a pull-out sleeper sofa, and a queen-sized air mattress.

Hampton Beach is a premier resort destination in the northeast, recently voted as having one of the Top 10 Best Beach Boardwalks in America by USA Today. Hampton Beach features a variety of activities for all ages including shopping, restaurants, arcades, mini-golf, fireworks, water activities, and more. The unit is located a short distance from the unique beach towns of Newburyport, MA and Portsmouth, NH. The unit is also within an hour drive from the beautiful city of Boston, MA and from great outlet shopping in Kittery, ME.

Amazing stay at Hampton Beach
This was hands down one of the nicest places we've ever spent a week at in Hampton Beach. It was very modern and well equipped where we didn't need to bring as much with us as a usual cottage rental, plus the AC worked great. The beach and several restaurants are only a short walk. Highly recommend it!

Great place!
My husband and I had an awesome stay. The place is very well kept and very spacious. Wish there was a few more kitchen items, such as baking sheets but we made do. Also wish there was a grill on site but not a huge deal breaker. The host was great at getting back to us if we had any questions too. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

This place was absolutely wonderful top to bottom! The beds couches, furnishings and little details that were in place made it a fantastic stay. He has everything one might need and I would absolutely love to be contacted about how he gets that wonderful water pressure in the shower. It’s a stones throw from the beach and one of the best accommodations I have stayed in. 100/10!!
