Villa Parthenope, a 17th-century villa, has been recently renovated with care and tastefully decorated. It perches in a peaceful and quiet spot, yet is centrally located in Positano. Hospitality is offered in a pleasant apartment, Casa Leucosia, on the ground floor down about 30 steps from the road.
The apartment is independent and allows privacy. One of the great advantages of the villa is that a car is not required. The apartment is located a 5-minute walk uphill from the celebrated chic boutiques, restaurants and bars of Positano. Fifteen minutes walk downhill takes the visitor to the main beach.
Casa Leucosia (sleeps 4) has an entrance leading into the large living/dining room, which is furnished in a charming style with white-washed walls, terra cotta tiled floors, wooden table and chairs, comfortable sofa, air conditioning, WiFi, TV LCD and 2 French windows opening onto the balcony, which runs the length of the apartment and faces a truly picture-perfect view of the sea and Positano. The kitchen is cheerful, compact and efficient, with refrigerator, stove with 3 gas burners, oven and microwave oven. There is a separate powder room with washing machine. The upper level (10 steps) has 2 double bedrooms with vaulted ceilings, each with en suite bathroom (both with shower).
Another great advantage of Casa Leucosia: private stairs which, through the garden, lead directly to the beach in less than 5 minutes.

Localização Top , camas muito confortáveis , apartamento com vistas muito agradáveis, a casa tem duas casas de banho completas e uma de serviço , uma das casas de banho completa não tem agua quente , embora pouco foi necessário pois após uma boa caminhada no mês de agosto chegávamos a casa sempre acalorados . A Dna. Maria Dolores foi muito prestável e de ótima comunicação , e anfitrião esteve sempre em comunicação , em resumo : muito bom , alojamento altamente recomendado

Gorgeous villa in beautiful Positano!
During our stay in Positano, Italy, we experienced a wonderful time at a beautiful villa located in the heart of the town. The host and property manager were amazing, providing exceptional service and assistance with our needs and any special circumstances that arose. Amazing View!
This is a perfect place to stay if you are looking for a great location and a beautiful view. Every morning we would make our coffee and sit on the deck to watch the sea. So relaxing! A small grocery store is nearby to get your food items and great restaurants nearby. Lemon and apricot trees in the backyard. Pietro, Marco and Maria were gracious hosts and very responsive. Casa Leaucosia had everything we needed but I might bring a fan next time as it can get quite warm in late afternoon.

Great Location!!
The property was spotless and comfortable. Our only complaint is that the apartment is listed as 2 bath but only one shower was usable. The shower attached to the twin bedroom flooded the entire bathroom. The property manager said she was aware that it had some problems. We wouldn’t have booked this apartment if we had known about the shower issue .

The villa was exactly as described. Clean, great help from the manager and beautiful views. It's low enough for a reasonable walk to the port/beach but high enough for easy access to the central town. Positano is a beautiful city with friendly people. You do need some energy as the traveling around requires climbing many stairs or winding up switchback roads. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place and host
Our family of four loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. Marco was the perfect host and provided lots of wonderful information about the area. He even gave us a ride to the train station at the end of our visit. We see him as a future lifetime friend. Maria was also very helpful and kind. Positano is a dream and so is this place.

Lovely villa in Positano
The property was beautiful, with a large deck that was private but overlooking the town. I can't say enough about how beautiful it was. So much more space than a hotel. Check in was easy, Maria Delores was so sweet and knowledgeable about the area. We cooked some of our meals in the kitchen and it had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was also very easy, and we had no issues. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week-long stay in July. The villa is clean and well equipped. Location couldn't be better, as you are right on the main road to walk to restaurants, and have a private stairway down to the main beach.

Fantastic!
What a great location, great view and amazing place to stay. I am putting it out to my friends who visit Positano to look stay there! The private staircase down to the beach didn't seem like a shortcut the 1st day, but it sure did on the eighth day!..lol. Highly recommend!

Perfect location with amazing views in a comfortable Positano apartment
The whole process was very easy and Pierpaolo was extremely responsive and even arranged for transportation for us from Naples with very short notice. The apartment was lovely and it was spotless when we arrived. Sitting on the long terrace with the amazing views of both the sea and the town was an unforgettable experience. I would say the only thing that detracted from a perfect experience was the shower - very small and almost impossible to use without flooding the area around it. It is a small detail though, and we highly recommend this property. Thank you!

Perfect Place to Stay in Positano
Casa Leucosia was the perfect place to stay in Positano. The location is great - overlooking The Church of Santa Maria Assunta, the sea and the Positano hillside, with easy access to everything. The accommodations were lovely and functional. The property manager was extremely helpful with restaurant suggestions, driver contact info and local tour information. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it highly to others!

Great apartment and perfect location
10 night stay. Perfect location. Close to all the action but also very quiet and peaceful. Incredible views. Was just two of us and the apartment was very comfortable. Extra bedroom was nice to keep our things, as was having two full baths. Wifi was great. Found the bed to be comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen are small but not anything unusual for Europe and did not hinder anything. We made breakfast in the apartment every morning. grocery store a few min walk. short cut stairway to the main beach/port area very useful. We didn't reach out much but when we did manager was very responsive. In summary we were thrilled with the apartment. You never really know until you arrive. Perfect location in Positano in the heart of the action, but very peaceful which is hard to find, amazing views, comfortable apartment. Would definitely stay here again.

Best VRBO Positano!
We were 2 senior couples visiting Casa Leucosia for a glorious week! It could not have been more perfect! The view from the large balcony is unbelievable! We spent every evening enjoying cocktails before heading out to dinner. There are the best restaurants in Positano within a 5 minute walk. And the most fabulous shopping is right there! You couldn’t ask for a better location! It is actually connected to Le Sirenuse and shares the same view. While we never had the opportunity to meet Pier Paulo, his assistant driver was a highlight of our trip! Mr. Bruno, “The Wolf” of Positano really made our trip! He is very funny and knowledgeable about the Amalfi coast! We just adored him! He picked us up at the port in Rome and drove us directly to our villa. He arranged to have porters carry our luggage which was great! We also had him give us a tour to Ravello and provide our return to Rome. It is the only way to travel if you have a lot of luggage! The stairs seemed daunting at first, but became manageable! We also felt very safe. The villa is right above Plaza Murat which had a wonderful band playing most evenings, which was lovely! Not too loud, just perfect! Honestly we could not have picked a better place to stay! The market is very close and has everything you need! We had no issues during our stay! Washing machine works great, just don’t overload! I could write so much more about our wonderful stay, but don’t want to bore you! All we can say is thank you for the most wonderful week of our lives!

Can’t say one negative thing about this apartment and it’s location could not have been any better ! Host was as nice and cooperative as everyone else has said . If you do have any hiccups in your stay , you can believe he will take care of it immediately. He was precious and so very informative. I hope to come with more family next visit and rent both apartments.
