The hotel was very dirty, outdated, smelled, dark, and uninviting. The pictures on Expedia made it look like the perfect place to stay with our young children while we were on vacation to Silverwood. The hotel TV did not work, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and did not feel safe at all.

There was not one spot in the entire room that was level - the dresser was leaning heavily toward the bed, the border of the coat/hanger “closet” area was badly bowed in an effort to “make it work”. The bathtub had evidence of a prior stay and when we were given our room our door was already ajar. The outside of the building appeared to be sitting on sinking ground. After a long day of travel it was quite disappointing. Room 118 needs to be taken out of your rotation.
