What a gem

What a gem of a place. Johann at reception was so lovely and friendly. The place was fantastic. Will definitely go back when in town again. Well done on a super guest house

Check was excellent. Friendly & quick service with personally escorting us to our lovely room. A tour was given of all the amenities etc. This was our 2nd time staying at Graceland Guest house and will definitely carry on supporting them.

Bad service

Clean, we we booked a 2 bed room, when we arrived were charged an extra R100 as the booking said 1 person. Checked in and left for function. Came back and settled in, we realized there was only 1 bath towel and 1 bottle water. Messaged number. Had to use the hand towel. Even in the morning no response.

Good day, thank you for your review. What you forgot to mention is that initially you booked for one person. When you arrived you were two persons. We charged you R100 for the second person. You messaged us at 23h00 to inform us that there was not a second towel. Please take note that our office hours are from 8am to 8pm. You could have phoned as we do have a automatic reply that request you to phone after hours as we do not respond to whatsapp messages after hours( People are sleeping at that time). In the morning when you came to the front office you lodged your complaint we apologized in person and you were refunded for the second person. Still you made use of the room with two beds and amenities entirely. We would like to suggest when you book at establishments online, please select the correct amount of guests so that mistakes are not made and you pay the correct amount.

Our 1 night stay at Graceland Guest House was fantastic. Everything was clean and neat. We will definitely stay there again!
