agréablement surpris

nous nous sommes arêter sur place en revenant de Niagara par les usa ,petit motel sans prétention mais tres bien tenu par un couple les lits sont confortable et le petit déjeuner continental est ok bagel café banane pour un stop c est idéal a ce prix, vaut largement les sous ,on peu marcher pour aller souper

When I arrived they had my booking wrong and argued to the point I had to show them my reservation. Then they tried to charge me 30$ for a service animal, then they wanted a registration for the service animal (which isn’t legal) and they pointed to their poster with the ADA guidelines which literally stated they are only allowed to ask the two questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform. Clearly they didn’t bother to read their own signage or they wouldn’t ask for an illegal registry. Then we got to our dirty microscopic room to find a unidentified wet substance on the carpet under the bed skirts, one bed not useable because it was completely flat (room 119 by the door) and their was nasty stuff on the floor along the edges of the bed where they don’t vacuum and the shower curtain had mold and soap scum on it. Not worth my 100$ considering for slightly more last night I was in a large two bedroom house that was clean (I paid 130$ total for that stay). There was a sketchy crowd in the parking lot that made us nervous. The AC didn’t work well at all, barely blew any cool-ish air. And the worst part was the fridge lacked a freezer causing me to loose my frozen supply of breastmilk for my formula intolerant baby. 😭

HI heather first thing we apologize for any inconvenience now come to the point 1st you try to get a free room you try to convince us you paid online we don't take the pre payment though the expedia side when we prove that you didn't pay to expedia then you agree to pay at hotel now 2nd you didn't tell us you have a services dog according the ADA policy service animals MUST BE under the control of the handler at all time which is you don't have a dog upon checking it make a little suspicious to you have a service dog now 3rd we didn't charge you 100 a room you only pay 84.99 so please be loyal now come to the room i will agree with you for the shower curtain which is dirty sorry for that i apologize for shower curtain i'm sure you mention about one Bed by door and carpet before you rent the room we wash the carpet so there is no way the carpet is dirty we vacuum properly and i'm sure you didn't take the pitcher because the carpet is clean our room is much better than you left at check out next morning when you go to the next hotel please keep your room clean thank you. so much.
