A little trip home...
I grew up in Bremerton, but have lived away from Washington for a long time. I used to stay with family when I'd return, but as I get older that's more complicated (it's probably me, but it could be them). This place is a dream. Cozy in every sense of the word. The fireplace, the fluffy perfect bed, the walk-in shower and serene location in the woods. I'd talk about the beach but that's not really a feature in the winter time (see fireplace). Great for cozy couple or single getaway.

The best!!
What a wonderful place to stay. Perfect location. Beautiful view. The cottage is so cozy and comfortable. The bed was great. Sitting and looking out over the water was my favorite part. Watching seals and bald eagles and seagulls dropping clams on the beach to open them up. Everything was perfect. If we ever find ourselves back in the area, we will definitely stay again!!

Great getaway
The beach cottage is a great getaway. The cottage was very comfortable from the beds to the way it was decorated. Had everything you could possibly need. The location was beautiful among the trees and gardens. The hosts, Sandy and Larry were very nice and gave us info about the area that was much appreciated. We will definitely go back.

Weekend Stay
We stayed in the cottage for a weekend full of friends and family. We attended a friend's wedding one night and a nephew's birthday party on another day. This was a great central location to both events and was so relaxing and wonderful. It was warm and welcoming when we walked in, there was a fire going and jazz music playing. There was even a chalkboard with a welcome message! Fantastic stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Little slice of heaven
Beautiful property. Very private. Cottage was comfortable & very clean. Sunrise over the water was the perfect way to start my day. While I did not get to meet the owner face to face, she was very responsive to email. I recommend arrival in daylight for first time as it is very dark & secluded (which I loved). Overall great place to stay!

Totally relaxing! We had everything we needed and then some.e
We arrived in the dark with NO problem finding our little vacation hide away. When we opened the door the little fireplace was glowing and Shari had cool jazz playing on the big screen. We were awaken by the soft sounds of roosters crowing, and the Star Spangled Banner playing in the distance. We enjoyed the fire pit one afternoon and walked the beach and found a few perfect rocks to keep as souvenirs. This is our 2nd time on the shores in Pacific North West, hoping to find our perfect spot for our retirement. Highly recommend this beautiful place! Thank you so much! Michele & Dave

Wonderful escape for a couple nights in a beautiful cottage by the water. Attention to detail was evident throughout. Lovely garden. Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed are visit and hope to return in the future.

Cottage was perfect. Very comfortable and very well thought out. Nice beach access. Beautiful area and very quiet. Parking was difficult...very small parking spot made very difficult to get into because of residents cars park where they are. Overall, nice stay.

Quaint little cottage by the beach
A wonderful place to get away with a breathtaking water view surrounded by well manicured landscaping. It’s quiet and serene allowing you to relax and rejuvenate. The place is well equipped with any kitchen utensils you need as well other amenities….. even the bathroom floors are heated…. Sandi is an amazing host! Go check it out, you will not disappoint!

I always enjoy my stay at this cute little cottage. Sandi is welcoming and the space has beautiful artistic touches. I enjoy both Poulsbo and a visit to Bainbridge Island for vintage shopping. The sunsets are gorgeous - especially at The Loft with a cocktail in the photo.

A Little Slice of Paradise
My husband and I have traveled extensively over the years and this is by far one of the most quaint and welcoming venues we have ever stayed at. A very well maintained little cottage on the property of the owner, Sandi has gone above and beyond making us feel welcome. The cottage is spotlessly clean with any amenity one would need for long weekend stay including baskets of yummy treats. The outside property is impeccably landscaped with native plants and the view of the bay is amazing and so relaxing. A perfect getaway spot for a couple seeking relaxation but close enough to Seattle to see the sights which are a short ferry ride away.

Quaint and private bungalow in wonderful area.
This is a quaint, wonderfully layed-out bungalow is a wonderful area approximately 3 miles from downtown Solvang and 10 miles to Bainbridge Island. It is spacious enough for 2 and nestled in a beautifully landscaped yard between the house (which is waterfront) and the street. You simply exit the bungalow, walk across the front of the house and down the side to access the water - absolutely beautiful. The bathroom is wonderfully spacious with an oversized shower and radiant floor heating. This unit is also ADA accessible in case you use a wheelchair. Even the shower only has about a 2” lip with a large swing in/out doir (though the bed is a tad bit high if you need level transfer. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, even had an electric kettle which we used daily for tea! My only wish is that the bungalow was right on the water with its own private deck….but who wouldn’t wish for that right?? It’s a fabulous little place to stay and we enjoyed our very-needed relaxing few days! We’ll done!
