J’ai aimé l’acceuil Et la rapidité de l’inscription. Le secteur autour de l’hôtel est agréable pour marcher et les restaurants tout près. Les tapis n’étaient pas propres dans la chambre, par contre la literie était très bien.

Property wad average. Beds were excellant. AC was not on so it took several hours for the room to cool down. Checkin said breakfast wss available fom 6 -10am.in reality it was 6 -9. Got there at 8.45 waffle and Bagels only option. Carpet in dining area dirty.

Poor stay

Hotel looks nice from photos but our room was not, it was dirty dusty and smelled of smoke, we had a two night booking only stayed one night and would of canceled if we could of found bother place to stay. Upon arriving back to our room around 5 our AC was not working and it was 90 plus degrees outside and who knows inside, mentioned this to front desk who said they couldn’t do anything about it when we said we would just check out and go to families, asked about a refund do to this and the cleanliness but was told that’s not something she could authorize. The general area looked nice and somewhat clean as did the pool area but I wouldn’t recommend or stay again and was hoping for some type of compensation or acknowledgement of the issues. This is probably one of the worse hotels I’ve stayed in unfortunately and for the fee it was definitely not worth it.

We arrived in the evening. Our hotel room was extremely hot and it took hours for the air conditioner to get it down to 70° or lower so that we could sleep. I use the gym and it was filthy and the equipment was broken. The elliptical barely worked. The system was disconnected. There was very thick dust on the blinds. The ceiling of our hotel room clearly had several leaks and cracks. Breakfast was supposed to be served until nine. We were down there at 8:30 and they were out of milk yogurt, eggs, fruit. That left dry cereal and waffles. I had to ask for some milk for my cereal. Very disappointing because we all know that the cost of the room includes breakfast.
