This place was renovated significantly in and out. A small thing to improve is if the room has a small table/chairs, and a microwave.

Unique- clean but no chair no sofa couch and table worst for a businessman No cupboard Skaff to hang the coat pants and shirt. Dis organized and no adequate amenities and facilities. Limited parking space odd to keep cars dangerous to scratch

Great hotel!
I spent 3 nights at this hotel after the complete renovation and it was perfect. The service was friendly, they tidied up the room and refilled the coffee every day. Location is great, lots of parking and close to food/shops. Ignore any old review, this is basically a different hotel now.

A restful and peaceful night
Very well located as we were walkers, close to the Main Street with boutiques restaurants and the beach. They have been accommodating with our hikers’ backpack for the day before taking our plane. The room was recently renovated, excellent night of sleep.

Conveniently located close the ferry to Comox. Facility is under continuing renovation, some not far from room, but construction noise didn’t begin until 10:00 am. There are a few stairs (no railing) leading to the entrance so would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. I liked the smaller but very adequate room size. Receptionist friendly and helpful,

Well done upgrades of the hotel, including great bed and linens, bathroom and lighting. Staff were great and interested in feedback. Still a work in progress with respect to the restaurant and pub, will be interesting to see what they have done next time we are in town

Great views and reno
Great Reno on this place. Definitely needs a few things to be more comfortable though. Bedside tables and lamps on both sides. Curtains to block out the light gaps and the windows desperately need to be upgraded to double pane. Pretty perfect if you’re looking to get on the Comox ferry… speaking of the ferry though, expect to hear a lot of noise from the loading at 730 am. Again the windows would help with that. Great views!

Newly renovated hotel. Staff is very kind. Past reviews were bad and feel based on a run down. Hotel. That is no longer the case. Cafe was not open, thinking it’s still being Renovated. If you’re catching a ferry to Comox or Texada island, it’s at your doorstep!

This hotel has been completely remodeled and any reviews before February 2025 are no longer valid. It is fabulous. Everything is new and clean and well thought out. The staff are caring and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
