Publié le 12 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWhat a wonderful place to stay. It was clean and had everything you needed to have a comfortable time. Sat at the table, looking out over the water, watching the dolphins and walked down to the beach with Eagles soaring over our heads. You couldn’t ask for a more beautiful spot. The cottage was so well stocked and so well cared for. Our family really enjoyed our time. Highly recommended

Sunshine coast getaway!

All the little extras including coffee bar, plush towels and comfy beds made our stay in Powell River even that much more enjoyable.

The cottage had everything we needed. Hosts Don & Sylvia very friendly and helpful.

Malaspina Strait

It was a pleasure to have Willa and Bev as our guests. They were here to enjoy their yearly holiday and we're pleased they chose Malaspina Strait Cottage. They made the most of the sunshine that was offered. Willa and Bev were the kind of guests every host hopes for. Polite, respectful and happy. Welcome them back any time.

Cozy cottage for our short stsy
Publié le 9 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is a lovely cottage with lots of amenities including very convenient laundry facilities. It was too cold, rainy and windy to really enjoy the waterfront location but would like to return in nicer weather. Our only problem was getting the TV to work properly but Sylvia tried her best to help with that.

It was a pleasure to host Jo-Anne and her husband. The weather wasn't the best but Powell River did it's best to please. Wonderful guests and would love to have them back.

I have found my happy place
Publié le 19 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayOur hosts, Don and Sylvia were so gracious and down to earth we felt we knew them for a very long time , not just 5 days. The cottage was charming, homey and had everything one could possibly ask for. The beach front location awesome. We felt as one with nature high in the tree tops with eagles and other birds. Can't say enough good things about our wonderful getaway. Have already made arrangements to come back in the fall.
