APPARTEMENT TRES PROPRE. TRES BIEN EQUIPE. JE NE CONSEILLE PAS LE PETIT DEJEUNER EN FORME DE BOX SOUS VIDE INDIVIDUELLE AVEC SAUCISSE FROMAGE.

Great choice

reat place, not so good communication
Publié le 1 août 2020 sur HotelsWell, this is a great place, except for communication, there is an adress, but apparently they said you to another one when you arrive ( this is frustrating if you are traveling for many hours and just need to check in and shower )
But all in all, great place, clean, good location, and big enough for few people. Thanks for the nice stay, really!

You booked Apartment not hotel room, and we don't have any reception that's why the communication is going by phone and emails. We are to your disposal all the time by that way.
We can have Apartments in 300 metres from main address on portal, so the difference wasn't so big and problematic.

Fantastic find, very good value for money, 2 minutes from the old town. Very well furnished and clean, great communications. Cannot be faulted. There is plenty of public transport nearby so no need for taxis or anything.

Excellent flat, well furnished and clean. Location was amazing - literally 2 min walk to main square

Publié le 11 juill. 2019 sur HotelsReservamos um apartamento superior, pois queríamos um espaço amplo, com camas separadas. No entanto, nos foi dado um apartamento comum, menor e com um sofá cama (algo que queríamos evitar). Entramos em contato pelo whatsapp com a hospedagem, que não respondeu em tempo hábil, e ainda teve a pachorra de dizer que deveríamos ter reclamado mais cedo. Definitivamente, a ser evitado. Atenção às fotos do hotéis.com: as fotos dos dois apartamentos estão misturadas, o que pode levar muitos a se confundir (os apartamentos chamam-se Lovely e Royal).

I'm sorry but what we should do, if you told us about your obiections after check out? We checked everything and you receive Apartment which you reserved. If you call me during stay, we would bring you one more bed or change Apartment if you made reservation for wrong one, but what should we do when you check out and write opinion like that? Please next time check few times your reservation to avoid dissapointment.
