Publié le 14 oct. 2019 sur HotelsI do not understand how this hotel has a 9.2 rating from guests. This was one of the worst accommodations in our 3 weeks spent in Poland. Room was very small, not a good value considering that we paid over 200 zloty per night. Not enough space for 2 adults and their luggage. Furniture, tandeta. 2 flimsy chairs and a small wobbly table, with one tiny desk lamp. No reading lamps at the bed. The bed sheet barely covered the bed. The blanket was too thin for the weather. The "aneks kuchenny" was no bigger than a closet. The kitchen cabinet door was not tightly fixed to the cabinet, thus it scraped the wall every time it was opened. Water was leaking from the apartment above into the ceiling and walls of the kitchen area. The bathroom sink was tiny. There was an unpleasant musty smell in the bathroom. No ventilation. The "szafa" was not wide enough to contain a normal sized coat. Finally, the walls in the apartment badly needed paint; there were scuff marks, dents, and chipped plaster. I did not feel safe in a room that has no interior bolt lock - the only lock is an electronic lock with keypad on the outside.

Dear Guest, We are very sorry that you are disappointed with your stay with us.
You have chosen one of the smallest and cheapest rooms from our offer. However, it corresponded to the description and its size is indicated in the offer. Your stay was during the World Dental Conference, 100m from us. Hence, perhaps, dissatisfaction with the price / quality relationship.
Sorry for the trickling on the ceiling. Unfortunately, the failure two floors above did it, not our fault. Electronic access to the room does not reduce the security of stay but increases it. It is a reliable system that our guests highly praise.

Publié le 9 janv. 2019 sur HotelsОчень неплохие аппартаменты. Комнатки небольшие, но есть все что необходимо: холодильник, плитка, микроволновка. До исторической части города - 20 минут пешком, до центральной площади - минут тридцать пять, от вокзала не более десяти минут. Чисто. Тихий район. Рядом есть магазинчики. Для знакомства с городом трудно желать большего. Ну и цены не заоблачные.

Comfortable and Clean
Publié le 23 oct. 2018 sur HotelsThis is an apartment booking and not actually a hotel, therefore contact needs to be made with the owners prior to arrival. In this case I received an SMS 12 hours prior to my arrival in Poznan giving me specific detail on entry codes into the building, floor and room allocated to me. I was also provided with codes for the wifi whilst I stayed and wifi was good.
The room was adequate for a single person and quite comfortable.
Word of warning - if you provide an overseas phone number at time of booking and do not use data roaming, you may find that you do not receive the required codes and contact. I would suggest if you purchase a SIM in Poland, that you contact the Apartment owners prior to your arrival to avoid unnecessary delay. They are excellent communicators, but can only go by the contact you as a guest provide.
The apartments were close to the main railway station and it was easy to get around Poznan for the short time I was there.
