Hotel und Umgebung 4-5 Sterne. Service leider - (minus) 5 Sterne. Warum? Es wird weder Englisch noch Deutsch gesprochen. An der Rezeption wird mit einem Übersetzungstool kommuniziert. 45 Minuten auf ein Essen zu warten ist zu lange. Antwort des Personals war, dass jetzt erst eine Gruppe bedient werden muss. Die Gruppe kam aber erst ca. 30 Minuten nach uns. Das Personal ist absolut unfreundlich, da bin ich in meinen mindestens 70 verschiedenen Hotelaufenthalten in Thailand viel Besseres gewohnt. Unser Zimmer, wurde, obwohl wir 8 Stunden unterwegs waren, nicht sauber gemacht. Das Frühstück war absolut schlecht. Alles in allem werden wir dieses Hotel sicher nicht mehr besuchen.

สภาพแวดล้อมธรรมชาติสวยงาม กว้างใหญ่ แต่อาจจะดูเก่าไปหน่อยนึง แต่ถือว่าใกล้ชิดธรรมชาติ สวยงาม มีจักรยานให้ปั่นเล่นดูธรรมชาติ

Recommended for flower lovers but no for CAT scare

Pour : Beautiful flowers, mini zoo despite poor food at the Bloom and no surrounding town and visitors' attractions.
Contre : No CATS in the resort compounds. Those are really aggressive & life threatening. Cats should be kept in the mini zoo, just like the rabbits !!!!
Emplacement : unfortunately nothing nearby, except the National Park that need a vehicle to drive in
I have an issue with the Dasada Flower Essence Resort.
Its' garden is no doubt very lovely and well kept, but an aggressive cat trailed us such that we had to escape and run for our life to our room after dinner at The Bloom. We were utterly disappointed as we dare not take our planned stroll anymore. All our dreamed evening walk in the beautifully lighted garden was destroyed by that demonic cat!!!
In addition, one black cat stayed put in my room's balcony all day and night that we could not open the patio!!
We complained to the receptionists the next morning ,but received sour faces in return. There was not even a word of apology.

Contre : restaurant: should have more manus and pay more attention to the guests
If no flys while having morning buffet, it would be perfect.
Very beautiful fresh flowers,Good surroundings, Serve everyone in a place.Comfortable moving from place to place by golf car.
May be room rate is very high but it worths staying there.

Emplacement : Beautiful rural location reasonably close to the religious monuments
Very efficient check in with buggie transportation from car park to check in then on to the room. Well equipped room with slightly noisy air con. Beautiful walks through trees and flowers. Bar and restaurant very barny. Bar had no bottled gin. The reason being that they had had customers and they had run out! Food was ok but not spectacular as you might expect from this international style hotel.
On dusk the garden lights gradually came on then there were many power offs that eventually stabilised. It was a very good light show including the dancing fountains.
Back at the room the power was off thus no air con and so very hot. Reception advised this was a local supply failure as for the previous night. Our power came on after about five hours. Very disappointing as they had a generator for the garden light show but not for the basic room facilities.
I did try to explain my disappointment to the reception staff who were very charming but had no English. Their response was 'very sorry'. These experiences have really let down this very delightful rural hotel.
I recommend this hotel but I suggest the owners look at the details important to the customers such as ensuring power to the rooms and the bar has some gin! A very nice hotel.

อาหารเช้ามีความหลากหลายน้อยไปหน่อยในส่วนของอาหารไทย ห้องน้ำในส่วนเปียกพื้นห้องน้ำลื่นไปหน่อยและไม่มีอะไรให้เกาะจับ หากเป็นผู้สูงอายุจะทำให้มีความเสี่ยงที่จะลื่นล้มได้ง่าย ห้องพักขนาดใหญ่ และพนักงาน สถานที่โดยรอบและกิจกรรมเหมาะสมสำหรับการมาพักผ่อนแบบครอบครัวมากทั้งเด็กและคนชรา
