No aircondition - noisy - central

Our apartment was on the 4th floor. The building itself is very poorly isolated, between floors, walls, etc. Meaning that even if it is 15 degrees Celsius outside, it is 30 degrees inside. Because there is no aircondition, or (de)humidifier, the inside climate was horrible. Furthermore, we could hear anyone on the floor, the floor above and below walking or talking. The apartment itself is fine, there is room, it is clean, it has what you need. The location is very central, with all that entails in regards to noise.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and safe. We appreciated that it had a washer. We wish a drying rack had been present, but we managed to hang dry our clothes on hangers. From the outside the apartments don’t look like much, but inside they are spacious for the price and have everything we needed for our stay. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance.

Not exactly how it looks in the pictures especially for the price we paid. Its quite dated property. Check in instructions were sent on time.We arrived late , and it was difficult finding the exact location. In pictures they have shown is a mall close by not the actual apartment . Its not even signposted where actual entrance was should have been clearer or at least properly guided with check in instruction. Check in time is 10am which I feel is too early , should at least be 11am like everywhere else . They actually knocked on the door 15 minutes before 10 !!and stood outside waiting for us to leave ! Good point is location , very central and walkable to most places .

The apartment is large and really great. Amenities great. The elevator is almost too scary to use. But still the apartment was so awesome we dealt with it. Here’s the important part, when renting this apartment. The pictures show an area near by, ( The silver man head) it’s not there. This is going to confuse you. To find the location, when looking straight at the man and the Starbucks, you go to the right. Down an alley shopping area. There is a “Textile store” it’s in red letters. Across from there is another small alleyway. It’s in there. You’ll see a shop with Persian items and gifts. The entrance is across from there. Use the small key pad for your code. They WILL answer at the phone number they send you but they own many properties so have your information ready if you need to ask questions. Check in was rough, however, once in it’s a great apartment.
