Excellent, calme, propre, bien situé
Publié le 3 mai 2024 sur HotelsSuper week-end dans l’hôtel, la chambre était propre, calme et confortable. Nous avons eu un email pour pouvoir avoir une meilleure chambre. Le petit déjeuner était également inclu. Il y a du choix et est de bonne qualité. Le personnel est très accueillant et à l’écoute. Ils prennent le temps pour nous conseiller. Les services proposées par l’hôtel sont très appréciables, notamment les heures d’accès au spa qui sont réservées aux adultes. Un petit bémol pour le wifi, nous n’avions accès qu’au wifi payant. J’ai reçu le mail pour l’accès au wifi gratuit le jour du départ.
L’hôtel est bien situé et facile d’accès, proche de la grande route principale, du métro. Nous avons pu visiter Prague à pied, tout se faisait très facilement. Évidemment l’accès aux transports se fait très facilement, mais nous n’en avons pas eu l’utilité. Ce fut un excellent séjour

Tout juste correcte pour un hôtel 5etoiles , il n y avait vraiment rien de special , la chambre famille pour 4 est petite , , kids club fermé pratiquement tout le séjour , ouvert que le 26 , pas d’animation particulière propose pour le réveillon de noël .

Business hotel
Publié le 14 nov. 2022 sur HotelsThe Hotel is well located near a tram and metro stop. Big hotel with a lot of conference room and quiet noisy! Even a casino is located in the lower floor.
Service is correct. Room is fine except the light for air conditioning ! Fitness is big but machine are old !
