Les chambres et la salle de bain ne sont nettoyées qu'une fois par semaine et les escaliers menant au lit en haut sont horribles. L'auberge est très bien située mais ce n'est pas très confortable donc je ne le recommande pas.

Nous sommes vraiment désolés que vous n'ayez pas été satisfait de notre auberge. Nous nettoyons les chambres, les parties communes et les salles de bain tous les jours, les salles de bain communes 3 fois par jour, la cuisine et la salle commune également.

très bon emplacement. chambres correctes mais pas de rangement. repas de Noël décevant (étant donné le prix) pas de tarif réduit pour les enfants.

Great location, nice place & people, 👍
Publié le 17 mai 2024 sur HotelsThe good: The staff were really helpful and friendly, the room was spacious with huge windows and the location was perfect. There were lots of period features such as the big wooden doors and windows. The lockers in the room were really big which was great too, and all the people I met there were great and I made many friends. Towels provided, and padlocks could be borrowed. Bedding was clean and comfy bed.
The not so good: could be a bit cleaner, in some places it felt a bit unclean eg the radiator in the bathroom needed a good wipe down and some areas were a bit tired/old eh carpet in dormitory.
Worth noting: hostel was listed as being accessible for disabled guests, however I would say it was semi-accessible. Eg the access to the lift requires entering a code on a box about 6'/184cm high on the wall, and the old historic doors not designed for wheelchair access and proved somewhat difficult for getting around within the hostel. Some rooms have bath not shower. Please take it into account if you have specific accessibility needs especially if traveling solo

You didn't sleep in the hostel because you didn't arrive and yet you give us this rating. So, we're all like that... But it's certainly not fair.
