Overall a great stay in a good location.

12-15 mins walk from the main train station. Many food places nearby, including a great kebabs place for late night suppers. The morning breakfast options are decent and it’s really a lovely restaurant downstairs. Room is spacious and comfortable, and the virtual reception desk was prompt in responding to issues that cropped up during our stay and resolved it satisfactorily. Would be great if the chatbot was a little smarter though, we kinda got into an endless loop conversation with the bot at times. The old school elevator was Fun!

This is a numa operated hotel. It is an old apartment that has been redone and turned into a boutique hotel. The concierge is all virtual and our check in and out were both super smooth with no issues. There is a bar and restaurant in the lobby that is open all day and great/cozy. The location is great and slightly out of the square/tourist frenzy areas so it is very convenient. We had a lovely time here and loved our stay. Highly recommend!!!
