Not as expected

First of all no service at all during arrival. Code to the entry door at the street did not work.. check in through a kiosk on level 5 where the elevator was avalible, got a room on floor 3 in a different staircase without elevator. Room was nice and clean but had no ventilation or control to the ac. The room did not have any noise insulation so every sound from the hallway could have been in the room. Also breakfast and reception was 10 min walk away along with the bag storage room ( we had a couple of hours before transfer)
