An accomdating and friendly hotel
Service was really friendly and people working there go the extra mile to accommdate guests. Rooms are comfortable and warm, decor is a little dated in comparison to other RBs but its still a high standard. You do need to stipulate if you need synthetic duvets and pillows when you book,as feather/ down bedding comes as standard. This isnt made clear enough on hotels.com and can be an issue if like me you are allergic to feathers. Local is great and all the attractions and places of interest are a short walk away.

Great hotel, been to Prague a lot, I’d say this was the best value for money hotel. You can walk to local attractions or take the tram/Bolt /uber. Service was excellent, Beny & Daria in the beverages area were superb!

Modern facilities helpful staff
Really modern hotel. Rooms are very functional and the bedding is excellent thread count and I had a standard room. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. The location is prime for Wenceslas square , about a 10 minute walk. Highly recommended

A very welcoming hotel, with Benny at the bar being an absolute star! The facilities were modern, clean, and the location was excellent. My only minor complaint is that the rooms could be better designed to optimise space and accommodate luggage more effectively.
