Bed bugs!!
Had a single room with a shared bathroom and shower for two nights. Room is basic, nothing to write about. I was about to go to sleep when I felt an itching on my left arm and I see bites on my arm. Bed bugs. There's bed bugs on the pillow and some unknown bugs on the sheets. I immediately throw away the clothes I'm in and pack up and leave. It's close to 1 am, at the reception they say they will only return the money the next day. I am tired and go to the first hotel I see, ending up spending 120 euros for a night. The next day they offered a refund, but not the full amount I have paid. I am now in the process of getting a refund from Hotels.com where I booked it and checking if I have Lyme disease because I'm worried that the unknown bugs were ticks and I developed a huge rash after a couple of days. Avoid this place.

The picture of our booking was TOTALLY DIFFERENT from the room that we were allocated, which was much small and squeezed. The third bed was just a mattress on the floor. Talked to different staff twice, each said that they either need to talk to manager or she was not sure. There were about 8 people shared one bathroom, the bottom of bath tube is black. When the water cannot flow down quickly, you got a bath pool.

a good hostel to stay in prague
everything was good. the hostel staff were nice. it was clean. it was quiet. maybe the only problem was the number of toilet. there was only one in each corridor/floor.

Nice hostel with friendly staff - 24 hours counter. Around 10-15 minute to enter the Old Town. Quite near to the Florenc Prague Bus Terminal for FlixBus. Towel provided was a little small but decent. Nearby church rings quite early so hope you are not a light sleeper. The hostel is made of different apartments - each with occupants sharing washroom and kitchen. Around 5-10 ppl? Kitchen furnished with some cutlery/utensils and has a fridge, microwave, stove.Bed serves as a storage box and can be locked with a latch.

Nice hostel in the center of Prague
Staff was friendly and helpful, room+bathroom+kitchen was clean and nicely equipped. They gave me a locket to protect my belongings. :)

Good hotel for short stay
Price, location were good. It’s only 5 minutes walk to the old town and close to some restaurants. Staff were nice to me so I’m totally satisfied with this hotel. But I think better for short stay as there’s no private space and no safe as well.

stuff were good. walls are very thin, you can hear all the other guests. Some obviously stay there for longer period of time so they act more like home than in a hotel and keep their doors open for everyone to see in. little weird. also there was only one small shower room for 3 rooms, one of the rooms was for 6 people so it was crowded. only one toilet. I stayed for one short night, it did the job but I'd look elsewhere if I needed to stay longer.

Wi-Fi was terrible. If it works at all. I asked the reception, but it didnt't help. No air-conditioner, and it was really hot there, we have to open the window - so we heared everything that happned at the street. No soundproof. Good mattress, clean, not far from the city center . No elevaiter, so be carrful, if your flqt is on the upper store.

Great hostel!
The hostel is great because since they are apartments you don't have to share the toilet with the whole hostel You also have a good sitting area that allows anyone to work or study comfortably and quietly. The fridge and stove are in excellent state. The only thing that could improve is how the cleaning staff treats the guest. You feel extremely uncomfortable to be in the place and they look at you as if they were doing you a favour for letting you stay there, especially the short blond one that I have caught many times looking at me and at people with disgust. They can't even greet anyone in the morning, doesn't matter how early it is they will be slamming doors, using the vacuum cleaner and throwing dishes in the kitchen. They also do not clean that well. However, it is an excellent place to stay.

The rooms are spacious and there is storage underneath every bed that lock up if you have a lock. Towels are provided which is nice as well. Overall it's clean and comfortable. The only cons I have are that the maid comes in to start cleaning the apartment around 8am (even though checkout isn't until 11am), it's a little difficult to find and first, and there is only one bathroom in the apartment which can be difficult when there are 9 people in the apartment (at least 7 being girls because of the all female dorm side). None of the cons are deal breakers in my opinion though. I'd stay again.

Pros: nice staff; good location, close to the bus and train station and not too far from the old town, other than that, Cons: the internet service was extremely unreliable, disconnecting me every now and then; the room had limited privacy, a glass separated my room from a shared dorm, and it was covered with a curtain that did not cover 100% as there was a gap between the curtain and the glass; also there was an unpleasant odor in the toilet, which was not properly ventilated. This place might be okay for a one night stay if you're tolerant with all of this things.

Bad reputation for the hostel
The only comment I have is when I checked in, Mary, from Romania rather than giving my checking in a priority, she answered on her cell phone a personal call for 5-10 minutes. She could have waited after accommodating me so I can freshen up since I had a long trip from Berlin.

I understand in a hostel that bathrooms are occasionally shared, but in this case it was 1 bathroom and toilet to share between about 8 females. The toilet together in the bathroom, so when someone was occupying the bathroom you couldn't even use the toilet. We went without showers due to other occupants having very long showers and leaving no hot water. The overall facility is very run down and needs a lot of work done to it.
