The shower needs updated. Also the washrag I used had holes in it. Ice machine were out of service.

Thank you for staying with us, Mr. Hurst. I do apologize the one washcloth you had had holes in it. It mustve slipped through the cracks. We do keep those for make up rags. We do have an ice machine. It is located at front desk. Hope you can visit again soon.

When I checked in she said that I should not have been able to book online. I understood why when I entered the room. It was obvious by the odor they had a sewage back up. When she went to check she said the room was fine but she was so wrong. As you can see in the pictures the bathtub was full of dirt and what looked like chunks of fecal matter. While there i killed 6 cockroaches, double checked all my bags to make sure none got into my stuff and i left. I wish hotels.ca still had a number to call to request a refund and tell them this place should not be listed.

I am so sorry for that. I fully admit I did not check the bathroom as it had just been cleaned. You were a late check in after we had sold out of all the available rooms. I did explain this to you. I had gone to check the ac unit which was my biggest concern. Since we noted the issue after you left, we did take care of the problem.

I'm sorry you felt that way especially as I had only talked to you twice. Once when you checked in after the hours listed in our policies and again the next day when you checked in. Glad you enjoyed the stay otherwise. Hope the new house is going well.

Hotel itself was great The manager seemed to have an issue with me no matter what and just an attitude in general

As per noted in the other review, I talked to you twice. Once when you arrived after the hours listed in our policies and once on the next check in. I do hope your new house is going well though

Wouldn’t recommend this place to stay at it is cheap and the property is very dirty. The rooms don’t seem to be cleaned and bedding is super dirty as well. This property is a Health Hazard due to having mold in the rooms and having a very distinct smell around the hotel.

Im so sorry you feel that way, Mr. Rosales especially as you have been here numerous times and even tried to make a reservation last week. Unfortunately we could not process that reservation then which was about the time you left this review.

I was extremely unsatisfied with this hotel and location. There is no way it should have the rating it does. The security door from the parking lot was broken and didn’t lock. The first room they offered was dirty. I went to the desk, she offered another room. It was better, but not great. I chose not to stay because there was no way I would feel safe and comfortable there. The woman at the desk said she understood but there were no refunds. I chose to leave. I couldn’t stay there. I ended up staying a couple miles away in a bright, clean, safe hotel and was much happier for almost the same price. I hated spending the extra money, but for my peace of mind it was worth it!! If you choose to stay here, lower your expectations.
