It was great for our needs: close to downtown square and pet friendly. Loved walking the neighborhood. TV was streaming only . Would have liked information on Samsung +. When we figured that out it was great.

Walking distance to downtown. Fairly quiet neighborhood with occasional emergency sirens on Sheldon Street. Plenty of parking on the street. Property Manager is quick to respond and easy to talk to. Overall a pleasant experience.

First, I’m leaving a positive review for this vrbo because it’s clean, comfortable, and well-located. Overall, it was a great stay. But, there were a few issues that, if improved, would provide a better experience. First, I had to contact the lister to clarify the pet policy. The listing said that pets were allowed and also that pets were not allowed, even with visitors. I think this has now been corrected in the listing. When we arrived, the provided door code did not unlock the door. After contacting the lister, he got back to us and gave us an alternative code, which did work. The room arrangement seems strange in that the large room at the front of the house is the bedroom when it seems obvious that it should have been the living room. The smaller room is the living room but has the clothes closet in it. And, the listing rules state that there should be no eating or drinking in the bedroom, but the only place to sit down to a meal is at a table in the bedroom. Confused? The smaller living room had a huge TV. But when the heat came on it was so loud that it was impossible to hear without cranking up the volume. Hope it didn’t bother the other residents. More than one bathroom hand towel would be nice and please don’t put up a sign asking me to clean your shower. I’m on vacation! When leaving, we collected our trash as instructed and went behind the house to deposit it in a container, which wasn’t there. Each of these are little irritations, but they do add up.

This was the perfect place for my wife and I to stay during our get-away to Prescott. Not too big, not too small - easy to get to and not a bad walking distance to historic Whiskey Row. Top-notch communications with the owner and everything was "as advertised". Fun place, we'd definitely consider this property again.
