Located in between Prescott and Prescott Valley, this elegant home that sleeps 8 is nestled up to the open spaces of Glassford Hill. Beautiful views of the hills, sunsets and abundant deer provide a peaceful environment. This home is brand new construction with brand new furnishings and appliances. The home is 3 bedroom, 2 bath with sleeping for up to 8 people. Generously sized living and dining area to accommodate 8 people. Come relax and enjoy everything Prescott has to offer. Close to the Findlay Center for those of you attending events there. Brand new stairs from the balcony to the backyard.

Everything is just as described in the photos. The area is nice and quiet. The home is beautiful and clean. We even got the experience of a family of white tail coming right up to the fence. We’d all be happy to come back if we’re back in the area.

I cannot wait to stay at this property again! We LOVED it. The property is sparkling clean, super quiet, and very well appointed. Lots of supplies on hand such as soaps, shampoos, dishes, and towels. In my opinion, it would be perfect for a girl’s getaway or sisters trip. It is decorated with black, silver, and rhinestone accents. There was wildlife (deer) just outside back door early in the morning. Very pleasant. The home had lots of great space and we appreciated the single level of the home. The back yard was only accessible from a gate on the side of the property. Neighborhood is great with nice views. Road work was being done but not an inconvenience. Easy access to downtown Prescott.

Clean, cosy and functional. Everything was in working order. Kitchen was well stocked. Matresses and pillows were descently good. No surprises. Access to the garage to park the car. Bonus of seeing wildlife just outside the window. Would recommend.

Two month stay
Had a great 2 month stay in order to get out of the valley heat. Weather was perfect. Prescott area is gorgeous. House was perfect for our needs. Clean, new and a great view out the back. Nice quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located to shopping, dinning, recreation and sight seeking. Property manager was very responsive to all our needs and requests. Would highly recommend this house if you are looking for a rental in the Prescott area.

Weekend getaway with friends
Stayed at this wonderful property with 3 other friends. Great location, close to all major stores, restaurant and amenities you need and the house itself is a gem. It is a very new property, everything was clean and comfortable. There was a power outage in thr area and the host sent me a notification to let me know ahead of all of arriving. Everyone agreed this was a great stay and we will try to repeat this experience again in the near future.

Great place for a relaxing weekend
We had a great time in this home. The location is convenient, right between Prescott and Prescott Valley. The common area was open and spacious, and the rooms were a great size! Large Master bed and bath. Beautiful view from lanai, but backyard is very difficult to access. We were hoping to grill and spend more time in the yard. Propane was out, but we notified property management and she was on it. Overall great place to stay, I’d definitely stay again and recommend it!
