Overall good but challenging
Publié le 25 août 2024 sur HomeAwayUpon our arrival there was a vehicle taking up the whole driveway for another unit being rented. The listing didn't state this was a "first come first serve" parking space and having to park on a steep hill was not ideal. We had to unload and weave our way around the car to get to our rental space. Spoke with the owner and was told it was in the check in instructions which should have been shared up front. The car didn't move for 1 1/2 days as the tenant was with family in their vehicle. We suggest the owner make their policy the driveway is for loading and unloading only then park vehicle on the street (hill) to accommodate "all tenants". Thankfully the car didn't move because it's headlights were directly into the front windows of our unit with no blackout curtains, just sheers. So it would have been very uncomfortable to not have privacy and bright lights beaming through our windows. The property was well appointed with many appliances, seating and really clean. Including dog bowls and sheets for the couch if someone has a dog to lay upon. We loved this thought. The vanity/sink area was very tight with little room to put personal items and no table close by to use either. The toilet in the shower area although showing in the photos needs some improvement with a curtain between the shower and toilet so that area doesn't get wet when you shower. Also the barn door doesn't have a handle so was burdensome to open and close. We do recognize and appreciate the hosts effort.

Beautiful Place!
PubliĂ© le 19 aoĂ»t 2024 sur HomeAwayI was pleasantly surprised how theyâve maximized the space providing every creature comfort but doesnât feel cramped. Beautifully decorated. Clean. Responsive hosts. Convenient location not far from town but far enough away to enjoy the views and clear sky. My husband and I were in town for a funeral so we likely wonât be back in the area but if we were weâd stay here again.

Cute and Cozy with a great view!

Peaceful and Promising Weekend

Gillian was super awesome by also accomodating for us by changing the weekend after I had last minute military service obligations. We spoke with Kelley face to face and she was so friendly. We plan to book again soon!
