Located in the heart of Prescott just blocks away from Historic downtown square.

This home offers 2 bedrooms (each room has a king-size bed) 2 baths with 1329 sq ft of open-concept living with an attached Garage.

The living area has a comfy sectional with recliners on each end, an oversized chair, a TV with a fire stick, and a fireplace for those cozy winter nights. It opens up to the kitchen that has a dining table and chairs, and 4 bar stools. Plenty of room for family and friends.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking anything from breakfast to dinner. It also has newer stainless steel appliances. It also has a reverse osmosis system for clean drinking water.

The Master bedroom has a new comfy king-size bed, a 50" smart TV with a fire stick, a walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom.

The linens and towels are 100% organic cotton and we use all non- toxic cleaning products. We don't use any plug-ins, or air fresheners except for a diffuser with essential oils. If you wish not to have it in use upon arrival, please let us know.

We also have a full-size desk and chair for those wanting to get away on a working vacation.

The cozy back patio has enough seating for six and has a Weber Bar B Q for all of your grilling needs.

HOUSE RULES

We have worked hard to create a nice space for our guests. Make yourself at home, enjoy your stay, and please treat it with care & respect.

Absolutely NO PETS of any kind. If you are caught with a pet there will be a $500 fine, coupled with any damages that may have been caused by that pet.

No unregistered guests on the property without prior approval from hosts. Subject to $50 fine per person if the rule is broken.

We loved everything about this property. The beds were amazing. The linens were nice. The place was spotless. Very up-to-date. We were quite surprised with all the little extra supplies left in the kitchen…. The only thing that I could say at all is we found the coffee maker hard to figure out. Once we got it made the coffee was great, but a Keurig would’ve been nice to have as well.

Ohhh so comfortable
Last minute trip, moving my daughter, hosts were so accommodating with us needing to park the U-Haul overnight. But that’s not all, the home was so comfy. We were hungry and tired after driving for over half a day. Upon arrival there were snacks, water and coffee, all necessary after the trip. The beds, no problem falling asleep, comfy cozy. It’s a home away from home. In a rush to get out of my own home, forgot a few toiletries, and the hosts provided extra essentials should people forget their own, came in handy so I didn’t have to run out to get them. When we go back to Prescott, vacation then, should this home be available, would love to stay.

Yearly Best Friends Birthday Trip
This is a lovely home close to Whiskey Row and central to many hikes, museums, shopping and restraunts in a quiet older neighborhood. The Home is beautiful, comfortable and extremely clean. The owners go way above and beyond. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with any kind of kitchen appliance, bakeware, pots and pans you would need to prepare food, all in excellent condition. This was a birthday trip for my me and my best friend of 50 years. When we opened the fridge to put our groceries away we found a birthday treat from a nearby bakery and sweet card from owners. There were jars of treats and snacks, a good selection of spices for cooking/baking, condiments in the fridge, coffee and tea etc. There were also items in bathrooms in case you forgot personal items. I've stayed in 5 star hotels that didn't have as many extras as this house offered. The linens and towels were nice quality. Communication with owner was easy with quick response time. The day we were arriving I recieved a message that the home was ready early and we were welcome to check in. Check in and out was easy. I will stay at this home again if I return to Prescott and would recommend it to any family or friends staying in that area. This home really was above and beyond any expectations I had, and I expect a lot when I rent a home for vacations.

This property was extremely clean and well appointed. The Host goes above and beyond with little extras such as toiletries, snacks (even ice cream!), water... The rooms were spacious and the kitchen extremely well stocked. TV'S in each room allow for privacy when you are ready for some "me time". The only oddity was the access to the back patio (through the garage). Definitely not a deal breaker, but a little out of the ordinary. Overall a lovely home. I would certainly recommend.

No detail was overlooked in this rental. All the kitchen, cooking accessories you could ever want in a vrbo. Very clean, super soft towels. Snacks, drinks, and cold water were thoughtfully left for us. Made our traveling experience so much easier, I wish all vrbo were like this one.

THE ABSOLUTELY BEST VRBO IN THE NATION
We have stayed at hundreds of VRBOS across the country and this stay is ALWAYS our very best!!! Everything about this unit is absolutely PERFECT!!! The unit is open and spacious and the kitchen is CHEF FRIENDLY!!! Everything you need to cook is there. They have spices and oils and all the small stuff you'll need to cook for your crew. Also, the staff provides EVERYTHING that you think you will forget, and have it there. I LOVE THIS PLACE and will ALWAYS stay here when visiting Prescott, AZ.

The owners thought of everything. This place is lovely. The decorations are charming & comfortable. It’s immaculate and welcoming. This place is fully stocked in the kitchen and all rooms. They thought of everything. They leave snacks for guests and even ice cream bars. I thought this was one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed at. The 2 bedrooms & 2 baths were fabulous.
