Great Rental with 2 Items of Note

Phil the owner was super responsive and checked in several times to see if everything was OK. He accommodated an extra night stay due to my screw up on dates.
The home was very well appointed and the furniture & beds were super comfortable.
The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to town and restaurants.
Two items to be aware of:
1. This is a lower level apartment/home so you will hear the folks above walking. This is mentioned in the description. The people upstairs were a mother & her young son and overall they were mostly quiet.
2. You do not have direct control of the temperature. The thermostat is in the upstairs living area. This worked OK for us since it was hot while we were in Prescott and the AC setting kept things very cool for us. But at different times it could make a difference.
Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay and likely would rent this place again when we are back in Prescott for an extended stay.

Vacation Stay

I would encourage anyone who would be staying in the area to enjoy their stay with this VRBO. The hosts were so gracious and would check-in to make sure I had everything I needed. Publié le 5 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was a beautiful place in a really nice neighborhood. The only thing that threw me off a little bit was we didn’t realize the owners lived upstairs. That’s the only complaint I’d have is the steps or noises from above. They were great with communication. The house was clean and very well put together. I am a mom so I love to see when a host has a pack and play handy and an extra bed and blankets. They had coffee and little creamers and even waters in the fridge. The place was awesome.

Wonderful, restful stay!

The apartment was very nicely furnished with just about anything you'd need, very clean, very quiet. The hosts were very pleasant and answered any question we had. We would definitely stay here again.
