1st holiday in 5 years

The caravan was ok for my dog and me. I took everything we would need with us and didn't use any of the bedding or pillows provided. The patio door wouldn't lock. The owner had put a piece of wood to prevent it from being opened from the outside. The main light bulb in the bedroom had gone and I was asked to swap it with a bulb from an unused bedroom. The water pressure was good and the shower was great. We had a really great few days. It took my dog a while to acclimate to the new noises, especially the birds, but he loved his little holiday. Really close to the beach and Prestatyn town centre and supermarkets are only a 5 minute drive away. There is no wifi and Lido beach do not provide wifi for private bookings. This was ok for me. I had taken books with me. I would stay here again with just myself and my dog.

Andrea, we are so sorry about the unusual issues you experienced during your stay. Thank you for working with us to make your stay comfortable. We were unable to fix the patio door issue before your stay (due to previous guest activity). We worked with a local contractor to put a fix in place (Not ideal but worked) until they could fix the door. So sorry you had to help us with this work around. We appreciate this was never ideal. In addition, to the bulb situation, we ask our cleaners to make regular checks and sometimes things can happen. We have left some bulbs above the kitchen unit (just in case). Thank you for helping us with this issue during your stay. Amazing guest thanks again Andrea we would love to have you back and your lovely dog xxx

Perfect Weekend Away

Me and my partner spent the long bank holiday weekend here with our three month old son and dog and we really couldn’t have asked for more. The caravan was clean, spacious, and in a perfect location. We had a 10 minute walk one way to Prestatyn beach which was nice and quiet and offered a beach hut bar, with a 10 minute walk the other way into the small town centre which boasted a good range of bars, pubs and shops. Talacre beach was just a 10 minute drive away and was perfect for our dog who enjoyed playing in the sand and the sea. And we also ventured up the road to Rhyl which is a fantastic place. We really had the best weekend away, the host was fantastic and easy to contact, and I couldn’t recommend this more.

Everything was perfect! Caravan is nice, clean and comfortable . Just no WIFI.

We did not have to ask anything as it was all clearly explained. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back soon.
