Room was supposed to be non smoking clearly wasnt, cigarette burns in comforter, tv was old and very small. Room smelled like cigar convention, ac not working.

We are sorry that you were dissatisfied with your room. The TV's are 32 in which are recommended by the Choice hotels. If the A/C was not working the clerk would have switched you rooms, but you did not ask or tell us that it was not working. As for the smoking room that was what the reservation was for.

You could hear every step the people above us took and the first night it was someone with children running around early in the morning.

We are sorry about the inconvenience of the noise. However, as you know hotels have thin walls and the sound in the above floors do filter down. Most of our guest that do not want to hear someone above them ask for the top floor. We would have accommodated you in this aspect if you had asked

okay 2 star hotel.

The hotel is older and shows it's age. I had a suite and it was very small, I cannot image what a standard room would have been like. The couch in the living room area was dirty, and worn and I was afraid to sit on it.

Sorry you were disappointed with your stay and our suites. My question to you is what do you consider large?Yes, our hotel is old, however we have upgraded it from when it was built in 1998. Yes some of our rooms are smaller than others, but as for our suites they are three rooms and the bedroom has a king size bed in it, so I do not get where it is small. Thanks for staying with us and hopefully you will have a better time when you return to our area.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Close to shopping, dinning, theater, and other activities. I would stay there again for sure.

I see that you gave us a low score, however you did not say why. We are sorry that your stay was not up to your satisfaction. We try to accommodate our guest, but it is difficult when the guest does not tell us the problem. Have a nice day and we hope that you will give us another chance.

Our room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was good. The Staff was great..we deciced to stay an extra day..would highly recomend

Not much! If you walked much in the room or bathroom, your white socks turned gray. Didn't care much to find hair on the bathroom floor.... that was our 2nd room. The 1st room had a nonworking tv; so we were moved to a dirty room. The breakfast was a diabetic nightmare!!! Only protein we found was old peanutbutter and it took at least 5 minutes of stirring to to incorporate the oil into it that was lying on top of it. A gentleman was looking all over for some milk.... container was empty. Front desk person was found on the 3rd floor talking to employees and I told her about the "no milk" situation and she scurried away. The establishment is a very sad situation and over-priced. We will not be returning.

My staff apologized for the incontinence of the tv not working. It was in the cable and has since been fixed. As for putting you in a dirty room, I know that my staff would not have done that. If the front desk was on another floor it was to help a guest or to find out about a room. As for them scurrying away she went to the kitchen to find out about the milk situation and to see where the hostess was. We do try to make the guest as welcome as we can and fix any situation that arises immediately. We are very sorry you were unhappy with your stay.
