Great hotel. Very much a cut above most of the moderate priced chain hotels in rural Utah. We will definitely stay here again in our offroad travels and will recommend to any of our friends headed to Price, Utah. The restaurant was head and shoulders above a normal hotel diner and surprised us with truly outstanding food from burgers to really great steaks. The staff seemed to all be friendly and went out of their way to help with anything we needed. Rooms were recently redone, clean, comfy beds and more than we expected.

The breakfast wasn't great (food was cold). And the coffee machine in my room didn't work. The only thing that I liked about this stay was the friendly staff and comfortable bed.

Horrible, we actually didn’t stay the night and drive home. One side of the bed leaned so bad we couldn’t sleep on it. Toilet was sunken into the floor and leaning. Very disappointed, we expected a nice room for $200 a night!

Terri,I'm so sorry your stay wasn't up to your expectations. I will speak to front desk about how to deal with a situation of a guest deciding not to stay. I also have reached out to the maintenance department so they can look into the bed and toilet from your room. I hope you will give us another opportunity.

I enjoyed the room but getting to the room was a hassle. You either had to use the luggage trolley and haul all your belongings through the lobby or up an awkward 4 steep steps. Never book through Expedia always book through the hotel directly. Expedia over charged me. Never book through Expedia always book through the hotel you are staying at.

I'm sorry our hotel layout is a bit awkward but we have maintenance guys who would be more than happy to help any guest get their belongings to their room. I'm so sorry you had a bad experience with the booking site. I agree it's easier to work with the hotel directly and my hotel will do a price match to an online rate if you call us directly. I hope you come visit us again.
