Hi, in general fantastic place but we lived two floors up in the attic. The first evening I went down to the car to fetch something. I couldn’t see the switch to turn on the light so I went down holding in the rail but suddenly the rail wasn’t there anymore in spite of there were three more steps in a turn! I fell and I did heart my two knees. It was now 12 days ago and I still have a lot of pain.

Mi dispiace molto dell'accaduto, ma io vi dissi che vicino ad ogni interruttore delle camere c'era il led per la luce delle scale a tempo. Ci siamo visto sabato per il cambio della biancheria e non mi avete detto niente, alla mia domanda se tutto andava bene voi mi avete risposto che era tutto OK.
