Credit goes to the breakfast staff. That was excellent.
The front desk staff was also pleasant.
However, the room cleaning schedule was utterly unacceptable. We had a two night stay. We left in the morning and returned that evening to our room and NOTHING in the room had been touched. The garbage not removed, beds not made, and no clean towels!!!
On checking with the front desk there was only housekeeping services on Mondays and Thursdays and if we wanted housekeeping service we had to ask for it. Our mistake to think that was a routine expectation !! Our stay
was Friday and Saturday so no housekeeping.
The front desk staff did give us clean towels which we were thankful for. Before leaving we asked to speak to the manager but was told she wouldn’t be in till Monday.
At the very least, I feel we should have been told that we would not be getting housekeeping services at the time we checked in. I hope Comfort Inn will change this policy for future clients as we were not pleased. Maxine CEMULINI

The property could use a bit of updating but otherwise it was okay. The rate was a bit high for what was there. Good breakfast though
