It was an excellent stay, unfortunately for one night.
Very nice reception by the host/owner.
Explained everything very well.
The accommodation had everything it should have.
The views were absolutely gorgeous.

Management needs to learn some social skills, apart from that it’s unbelievable and really fantastic.

Wow, direct attack on social skills. Ouch, not even an example, just a total condemnation of the management team and absolutely no pointers on how to improve for our future guests. Rather a poor review then because unless you point out our faults, either publicly or privately, they will continue to be perpetuated. So sorry we let you down then.

Know what to expect.
Publié le 9 déc. 2019 sur HotelsGreat spacey cottage and friendly owner. 'Breakfast' was limited to milk and serials, no other choice. Others did get proper breakfast but it's policy to do that only for guest who stay longer then 3 days. We were not told where the swimming pool could be found, later we heard that it's in the garden of the owner and that you should ask his permission to use it first... I think it's good to manage the right expectations, therefor this review about the breakfast and pool...

Thank you for the review, but we have to disagree with some of your points.
Breakfast - we are self catering and offer continental breakfast of Coffee, Tea, Milk, Muesli, Cereal, Fruit Juice, Yoghurt and Rusks. The guests who had a cooked breakfast ordered in and paid more for Breakfast Packs that include eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit etc.
We certainly have no policy on staying for 3 days etc.
Swimming Pool - this is right in front of your cottage in the stone Boma area and is for all guests at all times. Certainly no permission is needed to use the pool.
There are two swimming pools on the property.
Please check our photos on our website and you will see the pool.
Please remember your booking was made online late at night and way after our normal check in hours. As you were traveling we were not able to send you our full check in document package that explains all the facilities we offer the guests.
Should you ever return as a guest, we would love to check you in early and show you all we have to offer.

Everything you need in the cottages. Solar powered to overcome the days of loadshedding. Pet friendly with lots of open space. Fantastic hosts.
