Everything was great and quiet. Security out and about the lot doing there walk about on property.

Convenient Location
Posted Sep. 30, 2024 on HotelsThe location was perfect. Close to where i needed to be for my meetings and close to a mall and multiple restaurants and shops. The suite was large with 2 bathrooms so it was great. Will definitely book again.

Mouse droppings in the bathroom and someone’s fake eyelashes left on the mirror. Pictures to prove. Notified front desk and she shrugged it off-said “I’ll notify housekeeping”

The TV in the room was not working. I told the front desk the first day I checked in and repeated again the next day to let them know it's not working. I was there 4 nights and they never fixed or replaced it. This hotel needs to be updated and cleaned up. Hotel is a dump.

It was far below expectations. The AC barely worked considering the heat wave and the lady at the front desk never showed up to have a look at it after promising to do so. The bathroom sink flowed so slowly and the room worst of all was filled with bugs and mosquitoes. We could not wait to leave as fast as possible.
