Five minutes to downtown Picton with trendy restaurants and cute shops. Easy to navigate to from the 401! Main floor unit, with completely separate entrance and private patio space from the upper unit. Please note, there is one ensuite bathroom.

Enjoy the perks of beautiful PEC countryside, while being minutes from downtown Main Street, Picton. Perfect for a wine weekend getaway with a few friends, a beach trip with family or for a couple shopping the boutiques offered in Picton/Bloomfield/Wellington - this is a spacious first-floor unit apartment that has the feel of an airy, bright, private bungalow. Located on the east-end outskirts of Picton allows for quick entrance/exit to the 401. Backing on to the Millennium Trail and farmland, the view is comforting. Pack your golf clubs and perfect your golf swing with a nicely kept driving range directly across the road, and Picton Golf Course within short distance (1-minute from apartment). Please note, the bathroom is only accessible from the main bedroom. Main bedroom offers a queen size bed, and a single bed located across the hall in the second bedroom.

Soak in the sun on the backyard bricked patio while enjoying a glass of wine and BBQing dinner (propane and BBQ provided). Everything from the time we got there was enjoyable. The host was always available to answer any questions. The place had everything you could need for the stay. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in PEC. The rental was in a safe location close to downtown Picton and in a very quiet area. I would definitely look to stay there again while visiting Prince Edward County. 10 out of 10 !

Moment parfait!
Magnifique séjour dans la région de Picton. Notre hôte, Hilary, a été parfaite! Soucieuse et à l'écoute de nos besoins, elle nous a même aidé pour trouver une bon resto des notre arrivée. Très bon suivie de sa part pour savoir s'il nous manquait quelque le lendemain matin de notre arrivée. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la région et le parc de Sandbanks qui se trouve à environ 20 minutes, dans de petite route tranquille! Le lit queen est confortable et douillet. La cuisine est bien équipée et le café-sucré et crème inclus! Il est situé sur une route assez passante, mais une fois à l'intérieur on n'entend presque rien, du moins pour moi ayant un sommeil léger, j'ai dormis comme un bébé!! Salle de bain fonctionnel avec douche, bonne pression d'eau et eau chaude suffisante. Le salon , annexé à la salle a manger offre un confortable divan 3 places avec télé /chromecast. La cour arrière est équipée d'un bbq et d'un set de patio. Idéal pour relaxer . Grosso modo, j'y retournerais n'importe quand et je serais même ravit de recommander cet endroit à mes amis et famille. Ha oui, la passe de saison pour le parc de Sandbanks est incluses, il ne vous coûtera que quelque minutes de votre temps pour réserver votre accès sur le site internet. Encore une fois Hilary nous a bien indiqué la marche à suivre pour réserver! Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour qui a été parfait en tout point! On se reprend l'été prochain!! 😃

Wonderful place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very nice and clean and has everything we'd need to spend our vacation in comfort. Hillary is very helpful when it comes to what to do in PEC and the annual pass to Sandbanks is just the cherry on the top. Communication was excellent. I recommended the place to our friends and would definitely like to come back.
