Escape to our waterfront cottage located on the low floor of the house. This walkout two-bedroom suite has a large living/dining area and a separate entrance and walk-out patio. With a 115 ft waterfront and a 1/2 acre backyard, you could do all kinds of water activities, kayaking, (2 kayaks free to use) swimming, or drinking wine around the campfire with unbeatable stunning sunset views, this is the perfect place to relax. Bring your boat and fishing rods, the cottage has an on-site boat launch ramp and a nice dock you can enjoy. Minutes walk to the village core, bring your bike to explore some of the finest wines and tastes the county has to offer.

Great Property!
Great property and location for our needs. Ben was a great host but I was under the impression that the owner would not be on premises during our stay - at least that is what VRBO advertises!

The owner Ben snd his wife, were really welcoming. Everything was nice in the place. Nothing was missing for spending a nice vacation. The view from the property is amazing! Very close to Sandbanks beach and Picton. We will definitely be back at Quinte. Francine Pascal & Marilyne

Gracious host and great outdoor space
Ben was a gracious host who was good at anticipating while respecting our space and privacy. Given that the property is on the lake, there were quite a few earwigs and spiders outside by the water. There was a surprisingly lack of insects inside the house. I went with a group friends and we HATE insects, Ben was kind enough to clean off the bugs from the kayaks on the property. Great space to chill and enjoy nature. The backyard was huge and wish I was better prepared to take advantage of it (i.e. bringing a frisbee, setting up a badminton net).

We had a great stay at this property. Ben the host was extremely friendly and accommodating. The sprawling backyard and gorgeous views of the Bay enjoyed by shaded Muskoka chairs and firepit was the highlight.

L’emplacement est très bien et la vue magnifique. Cependant l’endroit est plus vieillot par rapport aux photos, il y a un manque d’équipements dans la cuisine et la senteur d’humidité n’est pas agréable. Le prix nous semblait trop élevé par rapport à ce que nous pensions avoir.
