Situated on the shores of Lake Ontario offering breathtaking, sweeping views of the lake. This stylish, completely renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath bungalow centrally located on the edge of Wellington offers everything you need to unplug and unwind from sunrise to sunset.

The Space:
Inside prepare feasts in the beautifully renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, custom concrete counters with designer cement tile backsplash and kitchen butcher block island overlooking the water. Open concept design opens onto dining and lounging areas making for easy conversation and social time.

Outside, take full advantage of a massive deck great for entertaining, eating, bbq and relaxing with panoramic lake views or sit in the screened in porch during the heat of the day. Make merry around the fire pit, roasting marshmallows or enjoying each other’s company.

The waterfront is classic Wellington limestone ledges, offering natural steps into the lake for experienced swimmers only. The waterfront is not completely fenced off, so you will want to watch little ones towards edge as there is a drop.

In cooler weather curl up inside with your favourite book and enjoy the convenient and cozy gas fireplace while listening to the crash of the waves.

Beautiful view!
The home is lovely! It was an easy check in. The home is very spread out which is nice for 2 couples, you have your own space with your bathroom. The deck is exceptional with very comfortable patio furniture. We spent most of our time out there. The view is breathtaking. We’d stay again for sure.
