I was told that I had to ask for room service. Never heard of that when booking a room. Should come with the booking. I had to ask for clean towels.

Upon arriving we were greeted by 6 people at the entrance smoking. When we walked in the place had some musty odor with smoke on top of that. The hallway to our room also smelled like smoke & there were ashes in multiple spots on the floor in the hallway amongst other unrecognizable debris. The room was not appearing to be dirty but had a funky smell. The bathroom had an old urine odor & was in serious need of a deep cleaning. The air conditioner gurgled & sounded like a 747 taking off. The multitude of construction workers staying there seemed to have random conversations in the hallway at all hours of the night. My guess is they were catching a smoke which would be the reason why there was ashes throughout the hallway. If it wasn’t for the gross smell of this place it wouldn’t have been too bad.

It was a good stay. The beds are nice/big. The tv is nice even though I do wish they weren’t locked from the HDMI cord or screen mirroring (only cable is available). Everything else was okay.

This was an OK facility. No elevator and minimum handicapped access. Breakfast was very minimal and not too much of a selection. The price was very good and a good stay, especially if you have no expectation. Staff was very helpful.

The staff was good - I wish I could transfer them to a better property. Loose toilet seat, no elevator to get to the second floor, some of the lights in the room didn't work, the bed was so-so with a thin comforter, the phone didn't work (or at least there were no instructions on how to make a call on it - dial 9 first, etc.), and there was a guy screaming at the top of his lungs at a game on tv. Fortunately, we were only there for one night.

Didn't like much about this place. They do not have proper sinage to begin with. They need a sign that that has they're CURRENT name on it. The clerk was fooling with his phone and couldnt be bothered by a customer to check us in. There was no cup in the room. The room was clean. The bed lined nice, the towels ok. But overall they need to do some upgrade on this property

Contrary to other reviews that were perhaps negative or cynical, we found our one night stay pleasant and exceeded our expectations. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was neat and clean. It apparently is going through some renovations with new ownership. However, if one needs a place to stay that only requires a clean room and bath, this is the place for you. And, for $102 per night, it is definitely reasonable price.

I was pulled over by the local police for a minor traffic violation leaving the hotel. Upon leaving the traffic stop, the officer cautioned that the hotel was not in the safest location and I should look for temporary accommodations in a safer neighborhood.

Inn was in a good area near a lot of of our favorite things to do, the beach is 10 minutes away, our favorite restaurants were a two minute drive. The staff barely said any words during check in, we booked a king bed what we got was not a king. The room smelled horrible, very musty. The bed was hard and you could feel the springs. The floor had a sticky/damp feel. The door to the bathroom was very tacky. When we arrived the room was very hot the ac hadn’t been on. Thankfully the ac worked in a timely manor to cool the room down. There were no blankets only a sheet and the pillows were small rocks. Oh and the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for about 30 seconds just enough to wake you up in a panic. I wouldn’t stay here again the smell was too much.

I find the Inn to be a decent very modest sized motel, which is good enough for me. All I needed was a place to comfortably sleep, clean myself up, and keep the bike safe. The hotel is very clean, and the staff was courteous. The complimentary breakfast was basic cereal and toast with oatmeal and waffle options. The coffee tasted quite well for hotel coffee. The only thing lacking was a bowl of fruit. I would have welcomed apples or even bananas. The lady up front didn't feel like going to market to get fruit during a heat wave. A Wal-Mart is half a mile up the highway. Even bananas would have made a welcome addition to cereal. The other issue is that ghastly parking lot pavement and extremely hot parking. lot lights. The asphalt was so hot I think I brought some home on my bicycle. The heat from the lot streetlights sizzles down on your head. Can they switch to LEDs? But, for those of on a modest budget, the Inn is a very good place to lay one's head for travelers to Prince Frederick in Calvert County.
