The property is Isla great condition but the staff refuse to fill the supplies or clean the rooms unless specifically told to even when you stay for a week.

Going the Extra Mile

I was traveling with family and had booked 2 rooms. At check in we discovered that both rooms were lacking an extra bed we required. At that time the front desk clerk went above and beyond insuring we got a different room with a bed required. He was very polite and accommodating.

Pool is always a must for the kids, however they never have enough towels. The room itself was clean and the beds are comfy. The staff called me to see if I was still showing up and when I did arrive they were slow and kinda rude. The free breakfast is amazing and they stock everything quickly.

It's a better than average hotel. The rooms are new and the bathrooms, flooring and kitchenette all well designed for a small space. The staff were friendly and efficient. The location is also good, within walking distance of a Save on Foods. It's 3 km from UHNBC. There is a room for doing laundry which is very appreciated. Minor quibbles would be room windows that don't open, which I think is becoming more common in newer hotels. The pillows are on the soft side. The exercise room was decent, but some of the cardio equipment was glitchy. It would be nice if there was a spot. eg in the lobby or just outside the lobby were you could sort your recyclables for those on a longer stay. Overall, I would recommend this hotel without reservation. I would tactfully suggest that it is significantly better than the hotel a block away.

Garbage full outside and garbage in the planters , for a pet friendly place NO rugs should be in the rooms! The first time we stayed there the room STUNK we gave it a second try and it was wonderful decided to give it a third try and the room STUNK! Will not be staying there again! The pool was great and so was the breakfast. Thank you for at least that😊 sorry but the rating for your hotel is a 3
