Beautiful clean rooms. Rockford restaurant had amazing food at reasonable prices.

No luggage trolly Broken card readers in fire escapes. Could not get onto room floors No access to freezers for perishables ( I know this is not a service described but many hotels do help with this) Major delay in registering. Unsure if it was an Expedia or sandman error
