We didn’t stay because we show bugs in the room. Ended up going elsewhere

We recommend closing the doors when using the room because of the rural area with flies and mosquitos. Glad we were able to make the change to your reservation quickly.

Limited hot water and no fresh towels.

Hello,Thanks for your feedback. We were instructed by your room to not provide service. Otherwise we give fresh towels or the customer can come to the front desk and get towels as they need. Hot water is unlimited but the faucet may need to run for a couple minutes for the hot to come through.

The room had not been dusted in a while. The microwave was dirty. There was hair in the bath tub drain.

Stay Away!
Publié le 30 août 2022 sur HotelsReally very disappointing....the room had a musty smell and didn't strike me as clean. The curtain smelled funny, like urine. The TV, while turned off, emitted a loud cracking sound about every 30 minutes.
In the parking lot was a storage unit that appeared to house low income individuals, with cement steps placed in front.
There were many cigarette butts in the parking lot.

We can definitely look into the feedback about the curtain. For some reason you are mistaking motel maintenance staff using tools out of a storage trailer (for their daily work) as low income housing. This property is a motel business not an apartment complex.

Publié le 25 août 2022 sur HotelsDisgusting, dirty, old. Didn’t feel safe, people outside all hours of night. Bugs everywhere. Pubic hair in the shower. If there would have been another option, I was moving my daughter to college, I would have left.
