Thank you so much for another fantastic stay at Brushcreek. This is our 4th stay in the cabins and we always have felt right at home. I would recommend 2 things: shampoo/conditioner and a bar of soap for bathroom and paper towels/garbage bags for the kitchen. Our go to place traveling between Michigan and Florida every time!

We booked a cabin for 4 people, when we get there there were just one bed.we got back to the reception and they told us the sofa used to be a bed but no anymore. Their only solution was to give us an extra bed, but we had to sleep in a queen size bed 3 people, 2 adults and my 6year old daughter, it was not a good experience.

Great stay and great value! We stayed here while exploring the New River Gorge and had a simple check in/ out process, stayed in a brand new cabin (so new there was still packaging materials on the lamps) and were even able to use the pool once. The kitchenette has some utensils, a coffee maker, microwave and mini-fridge, the private bathroom had plenty of towels and the cabin had AC/ heating that worked great. The staff was friendly and the resort was clean, quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend staying here!

They LIED
Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HotelsThe location was wonderful and the unit was very clean. We booked a cabin, but was given an RV with no utensils and no pots and pans. The person checking us in LIED to us about the TV, then charged us the cabin rate, and not the RV rate. This resulted in an overcharge of $25. Walked away very bitter and would NOT recommend.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice peaceful ger away. Comfy beds. I love the jetted tub, nice way to relax after a long work week. We def plan to stay again
