Les chambres ne sont pas rénovées, les meubles sont usés, mais les lits sont tout de même confortables. Que dire de la salle de bain, des morceaux de plafond se trouvaient dans le fond du bain. Ne correspond pas du tout aux quatre étoiles données par Expedia.

Personnel très courtois, ils ont répondu rapidement et positivement à nos demandes spéciales. Le fameux biscuit chaud à notre arrivée est toujours agréable.
Le service au restaurant en soirée pourrait être amélioré... plus d’attention et de conseils sur le menu aurait été appréciés.

The hotel was fine. It was clean and seemed modern. There were small inconveniences that added up to a bigger annoyance. The toilet was leaking and made a lot of noise all night. The shower had very low water pressure which seems common in most hotels now. There was no complimentary coffee except in the room which is fine but for the cost of the room a cup of fresh coffee would be nice. There was one very small garbage (about half the size of the bathroom garbage can) in the room which again is no big deal but led to us having quite a mess on the counters and table for lack of a place to put it. The room was clean and large. The staff were generally nice. Overall the hotel was fine but for the price we paid there should have been a bit more general updates.

The only problem was they needed more help at the desk. There was a lot of people waiting and only 1 person working the desk.
