Problème de réservation

Arrivé sur place tard le soir ,belle accueil mais déjà un problème ,il trouve pas la réservation déjà payer , après quelque minute il nous offre une chambre et nous dis qu'il vont démêler ca le lendemain car leur ordinateur ne fonctionne pas , pas moyen d'avoir du wifi car ordinateur ne fonctionne pas. La chambre est très propre et belle ,salle de bain rénové et lit confortable. Petit déjeuner = café ,Mini muffin pas bon et barre tendre donc oublier ca pour déjeuner Puis venu au matin ils veulent nous chargée 2x car pas trouve ma réservation meme si je leur donne le no et le courriel de confirmation d'hôtel.com et dis pas leur faute car c'est un tiere parti . Finalement après un appel à hôtel.com le tout c,est réglé donc avant de partir confirmé que tout est ok pour pas avoir de problème mais très belle hôtel très tranquille

WIFI didn't work. Bathroom smelled of smoke, noisy fan. Fixtures and walls looked old and worn. No breakfast as advertised, only coffee. I checked out after one night. Don't stay here!

This location has definitely improved since Keisha the Manager has taken charge. The difference is extremely noticeable. Also everyone at the front desk is amazing as well as housekeeping. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

The place is nice & clean. Could be renovated a bit considering the rate per night. The kitchen was convenient, however, the stoves don’t work that well. This is my 3rd time staying here, in a different room each time and the stoves don’t work well. They take forever to get hot. Also you have to pay for good wifi. Again considering the rates per night, wifi should be free. I work in a hotel as well so it’s just odd to charge for wifi.

Terrible place to live ESA

Trrible experience for the first time with this hotel stay I had . I have been customer of ESA for long but this one experience with the gurl at the reception was terrible She didnt even showed any attention while talking and the room she gave us twice was not ready with its house keeping i wouldnt wven rate this hotel as the receptionist was very snippy and we were given smoking room though i booked a non smoking teo rooms

The building needs upgrading. There was mold on my mirrors in my room but the tub and bathroom and kitchen were incredibly clean. The carpet needed to be replaced.
