Noah and Heather were great in accommodating our stay. We had a terrible experience at Days Inn, which was a substandard motel with no guests. Noah and Heather understood our dilemma and provided excellent service. I wish I could say the same about Travelocity.

Floors were slippery. I believe dirty water or a greasy mop was used to “wash” the floors. “Climate system” did not adjust the temperature. We froze until I turned the unit off. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work.Steam built up heavily. Other than the pleasant staff, not many positives.

This space was close to the highway so easy off and on to the highway but did come with some noise if you are relaxing outside.I was charged for pet and it took a couple of day to get this resolved.There were plenty restaurants in the area. The room was quite and comfortable.

The fan in the bathroom was not working therefore the room had a strong musty smell. For the price I paid I expected a modern well-kept hotel. This place desperately needs to be renovated. Worse Hampton I have ever stayed in!

Their computer system was down….they “hand made” a room key…..we went to our room they gave us….the key worked fine but it was someone else’s room with a suitcase and backpack on the bed!!!! We are lucky we didn’t get shot!!!! The gave us room 213 but we ended up with 223…..very poor

The price did not justify the room. Beds were super soft and uncomfortable. The ac was really loud. The place was clean and the service was ok. Breakfast was poor and nothing special.
