Pleasant stay
Publié le 10 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayBe sure to follow host's directions instead of GPS to avoid a one lane road. The small kitchen/living area does not have much seating, and one of the bathrooms is tiny, but was a much nicer space for 6 adults than a hotel for one night. The decor and homey touches, such as the mini cokes and brownies our host left were appreciated. It was nice to have a washer and dryer for a quick load of laundry. The master bedroom has a queen bed and full size bathroom, the other bedroom has twin beds, and the living room has a sleeper sofa. There was also an air mattress in a closet. The covered back porch and firepit area are another plus.

Thank you for the nice review. The rental is called a cottage, which means it is small. I have another rental. Back to the 50's more suitable for larger numbers, but glad the cottage was better than motel/hotel. Please comeback again. Anita

Cute cottage
Publié le 8 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cottage is cute and very clean. It is in a fairly remote area but it is quiet. Anita was very communicative and answered all questions quickly. The access to the highway is not the best - very winding narrow roads.

Quick getaway
Publié le 19 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayMe and my family were in town to help with the Lindsey Ann Varney Fall festival. Great location not far from Princeton, quiet neighborhood, and clean. WiFi worked well so my kids were happy!

Cute cottage Great back door porch

John, hope you had a good stay. There was no water advisory by our Town, the water just had a bit of a Sulphur taste. that's why I left a gal of distilled water in the fridge for coffee. Had there been something more concerning I would have let guests know ahead of time. Thanks, Anita

Ted Bird Cottage
