We were unable to stay here. Friend we were to visit was hospitalized. Sorry we can't get our money back

Reservation was not held. Front desk referred us to another hotel, which quoted us a $150 more for a room for the night. This caused us to have to drive over an hour to a more reasonable motel, in the dark. Seems like a scam between the motels to con people pit of more money. Very disappointed

We spent a night at this pleasant and convenient motel. It's fairly basic and modest but reasonably priced and answers most needs. The WiFi signal was a bit slow in our room.

After booking the room. The manager phoned me to say that they had no rooms available after I had already paid for the room. I had to drive to the hotel to get my refund. Why did Expedia say that there were rooms available here? Not happy about this.

Great customer service and 1 of our rooms was nicely redone and comfortable. Fridge didn’t work and air conditioner was directly beside the bed so it was disruptive for sleeping but as they seem to be continuing their upgrades we would stay again

Stayed here 2x first time the hotel was over booked, the owner, Manny, went above and beyond to get us booked in at a competitors place. Top notch costumer service we will definitely stay here again!!! Great place to sit out and relax after a day on the road!
